Elite Norwegian Warmblood 2017

Concordia was purchased for Norway in 2001 with the help of Andreas Helgstrand, who trained Åse-Berit during his time in Norway. At that time, she was five years old and was already jumping 140 cm courses in training. Concordia made her debut in 130 cm at the Grand Prix event in Arendal the same year with Andreas Helgstrand. Concordia was Åse-Berit’s show jumping horse for a year, until the middle of her 6-year-old season. During this period, they qualified for events such as Breeders (130 cm). After this, Stein Endresen took over her training, and the horse was at Stall Bergan for several years.

Concordia has a number of wins and placings up to and including 145 cm internationally as an 8-year-old. She participated in the European Championships for Young Riders and was also part of the team for Larvik and Sandefjord at the Norwegian Championships. She achieved placings with Andreas Helgstrand, Stein Endresen, Jon Fagerås, Karoline Gleditsch, Michael Kearins (a bronze medalist at the Junior European Championships), and owner (Åse-Berit Jamne) between 2001 and 2005. She also earned placings in LA/MB dressage with Mette Johansen during the same period.

As she was advancing into the highest show jumping classes, we decided to withdraw her from the sport, believing that at only nine years old, she had achieved excellent results and we wanted to breed her for a long time.

Concordia is RDH-rated and received a score of 9 for back use during jumping and in capacity during her test as a 4-year-old. As of January 12, 2014, she has an overall jumping index of 124. This includes capacity at 134, canter at 131, technique at 129, and rideability at 147.

In 2017, she was shown for Norwegian Warmblood and achieved a first prize at the age of 21. Later that fall, she received the designation «Elite Mare» based on the results and performances of her offspring.

Damline
